RULES

1. Presentation guidelines:
    to. Films must be submitted via filmfreeway. We do not accept links in email nor do we give fee waivers. The rules are the same for all participants.
    b. Movies can be of any genre.
    c. There is no production date limit. Nor do we ask for any territorial premier.
    d. Durations:
-Short film: 0-59 min.
-Feature film: 60-180 min.
-Documentary: No limit
-Music video: No limit
-Short script: 30 pag. Max.
-Feature script: + 30pag.

2. Eligibility:
    to. The festival is open to filmmakers from all over the world.
    b. Movies can be in any language, but movies in languages other than English or Spanish must have English or Spanish subtitles.
    C. We do not remove movies that have previously been publicly screened or are available for streaming online. We support all forms of promotion and you can do whatever you want with your project.

3. Selection Process:
    to. The festival committee will review all submitted films and select entries based on artistic merit, creativity, and technical execution.
    b. Decisions of the selection committee are final and cannot be appealed.
    C. Selected filmmakers will be notified by email or through the festival website. Once the project is registered, we do not make refunds.

4. Formats and Projections:
    to. Films must be submitted in digital format (such as MP4 or MOV) with high-quality resolution.
    b. If selected, filmmakers may be required to provide additional promotional materials (posters, trailers, etc.) for festival promotional purposes.
    C. The films selected for best short film, best music video and best feature film will be screened at the festival headquarters on the dates and times established.
    d. The festival may also organize additional screenings or events related to the films.

5. Copyright and Permissions:
    to. Filmmakers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances for any copyrighted material (including music, images, and clips) used in their films.
    b. By submitting a film, the filmmaker confirms that he has obtained all necessary permissions and indemnifies the festival from any copyright claims.

6. Awards:
    to. The festival may present awards in various categories such as Best Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Photography, etc.
    b. The festival reserves the right to eliminate categories if a minimum quality is not reached, in the same way it reserves the right to change the dates of the festival in order to guarantee a good event.

7. Promotion and Advertising:
    to. The festival reserves the right to use extracts from the submitted films (with the corresponding credits) for promotional purposes. Maximum 1 minute.
    b. The festival promotes all the projects registered in the festival. We will take a photo and the description that you have put in your filmfreeway project. Please keep it updated..

8. General:
    to. The festival reserves the right to disqualify any film that violates the rules and terms or contains offensive, illegal or inappropriate content.
    b. The festival may update or modify the rules and terms as necessary, and any changes will be communicated through the festival website.
